Hello Muir families! Every year a Nomination Committee is formed of a minimum of 2 Muir PTA Members and our Principal. They review our PTA rules, bylaws and comittment to inclusion of our entire community. This Nomination Committee reaches out to our community to create a slate of people interested in filling open Executive Board positions.
Our Muir PTA Nomination Committee is presenting the official slate for Muir PTA Executive Board for the 2022-2023 school year. ALL positions are open for nomination, even those that are filled. ALL are welcome to learn more about these positions and nominate themselves for a position that sparks joy for them. Muir PTA needs a minimum of 6 Executive Board members to make quorum, and has the 3 required positions of: President, Treasurer and Secretary. All elected members start their term on July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023.
Our Election Meeting is scheduled for 4/27/2022 at 3:30 PM on Zoom. You can view the Meeting on the Event section of this website. Nomination from the meeting floor is also possible. We can’t wait to see what our community creates for next year! Official Slate:
